Want an automatic cash machine in your shop, but not a big payment up front? Cash machine rental is the simplest way in: you pay a fixed amount each month, and we take care of maintenance and repairs.

Below you’ll find exactly what the rent covers, what it costs with VAT, how monthly billing works and what the contract says. If you’d first like to see how the machine itself works, read our complete guide to automatic cash machines.

What the rent includes

For €159 a month + VAT, you get the Wiiz automatic cash machine ready to use:

  • The machine: touch screen, banknote slot, coin tray, automatic change and a receipt printer.
  • Plug and play: plug it in and it works.
  • Optional extras: installation at your shop for €350 + VAT, and connection to your POS system for €350 + VAT.
  • Maintenance and repairs: for the whole rental, at no extra cost.
  • Real-time cash visibility: see how much money is in the till at any moment.

Maintenance doesn’t cover damage from misuse, accidents or liquids, or consumables such as printer paper. You’ll find the full details in our cash machine rental terms.

How monthly billing works

You don’t need to remember to pay each month. It all happens automatically:

  1. You make the start-up payment (deposit and first month, plus installation if you want it) online by card, on JCC’s secure payment page.
  2. JCC stores your card securely. We never see your card details.
  3. Every month, on the same date, your card is charged the rent automatically.
  4. You get an email receipt for every charge.

If a charge doesn’t go through, for example because your card has expired, we email you and try again a few days later. Just give us a call if you have a new card.

Contract length: 24 months and beyond

The minimum rental term is 24 months. After that, it simply continues month to month, with nothing new to sign, until you ask to end it with 30 days’ written notice.

If you need to stop earlier, the rent remaining until the 24 months are up becomes due. The machine stays our property throughout the rental, and we collect it when the rental ends. Your two-month deposit is refunded once the machine is returned in good condition.
