1. Who we are
wiizpos.com is operated by Clamsi Ltd, trading as Wiiz, Agiou Georgiou 2, 2311 Lakatamia, Nicosia, Cyprus, VAT CY10134627E, email info@wiiz.app, phone +357 99 045816 (“we”). These terms apply to businesses (“the customer”) in Cyprus and Greece that rent or buy a Wiiz automatic cash machine (“the machine”). We only accept orders from businesses, not from consumers. By completing an order, the customer accepts these terms.
2. Rental
- The monthly rent is the amount shown when you order (currently €159 per month) plus VAT. Businesses in Cyprus pay 19% VAT; VAT-registered businesses in Greece are invoiced under the reverse charge.
- When the rental starts, the customer pays: (a) a deposit equal to two months’ rent (€318), with no VAT, and (b) the first month’s rent.
- The deposit is refunded within 30 days of the rental ending, once the machine has been collected in good condition. We may deduct any unpaid rent, or the cost of repairing damage that is not covered, from the deposit.
- The minimum term is 24 months from the date of the first payment. After that, the contract continues month to month until either party ends it in writing with 30 days’ notice.
- The start-up payment is made by card when you order. By making that payment, the customer authorises us to charge the monthly rent to the same card through JCC on the same date every month.
- If a charge is declined, we try again a few days later. If amounts owed are not paid within 30 days of their due date, we may suspend the service and collect the machine.
- If the customer ends the contract before the 24 months are up, the monthly rent remaining until the end of the minimum term becomes due immediately.
- The machine remains our property. The customer must look after it, must not move it to another location without our agreement, and must return it in good condition when the contract ends.
- Maintenance and repairs are included in the monthly rent for the whole rental period, at no extra cost. This does not cover damage caused by misuse or improper use, accidents, liquids, power surges, foreign objects or counterfeit banknotes inserted into the machine, or work by third parties without our approval; in those cases the customer pays for the repair. Consumables (such as printer paper) are the customer’s responsibility.
3. Purchase
- The purchase price is the amount shown when you order (currently €9,500) plus VAT, paid once by card.
- Ownership passes to the customer on full payment and delivery.
- The machine comes with a 3-year warranty from the delivery date. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use; at our discretion we repair or replace the faulty part or the machine free of charge. It does not cover normal wear, consumables, or damage caused by misuse, accidents, liquids, power surges, or foreign objects or counterfeit banknotes inserted into the machine, nor machines repaired or modified by third parties without our approval.
4. Delivery, transport and installation
The machine is plug and play and works as soon as it is plugged in. If the customer chooses them when ordering: (a) we install it at the shop for a one-off €350 plus VAT, and (b) we customise it and connect it to the shop’s POS system for a one-off €350 plus VAT. These amounts are non-refundable. Transport of the machine to Greece is charged at €95 plus VAT; for Cyprus, the customer is told the cost before delivery. After payment, we contact the customer to agree a date. Delivery times depend on stock and location and are confirmed with the customer before delivery. The customer makes sure there is suitable space and a power socket where the machine will be placed.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by JCC Payment Systems, through the merchant account of the Wiiz platform (wiiz.app). You enter your card details on JCC’s page, and we never store them. We email a receipt for every charge.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith; if it cannot be settled, the courts of Nicosia have jurisdiction.
