What is an automatic cashier?
An automatic cashier takes banknotes and coins from the customer, works out the change by itself and keeps the cash locked away. Wiiz supplies automatic cashiers to shops in Cyprus and Greece, to rent or buy.
How is the monthly rent paid?
When you order, you pay the deposit and the first month online by card (plus installation, if you want it). JCC stores your card securely and charges €159 + VAT automatically on the same date every month. We email you a receipt each time.
What do I pay when the rental starts?
Once, when you order: a 2-month deposit (€318, no VAT, refunded when the rental ends) and month 1 (€159 + VAT). Optionally add installation (€350 + VAT) and connection to your POS (€350 + VAT). Transport to Greece is €95 + VAT; for Cyprus we tell you the cost.
How long is the rental contract?
The minimum term is 24 months. After that it continues month to month until you ask to end it.
Do you see or store my card details?
No. You enter your card on JCC's secure payment page, and your card details never pass through us.
What if my card is declined?
We email you and try again a few days later. If you have a new card, get in touch with us.
Does it need installation?
Not necessarily. The machine is plug and play: plug it in and it works. If you like, we install it for €350 + VAT and connect it to your POS for €350 + VAT. Transport to Greece is €95 + VAT; for Cyprus we tell you the cost before delivery.
What if the machine breaks down?
When you rent, maintenance and repairs are included in the monthly rent for the whole contract. When you buy, the machine has a 3-year warranty.
Do prices include VAT?
No, VAT is added. Businesses in Cyprus pay 19% VAT. VAT-registered businesses in Greece are invoiced under the reverse charge. You see the final amount before you pay.
Do you serve Greece as well?
Yes, we serve businesses in both Cyprus and Greece.
Can I buy the machine instead of renting?
Yes. Buying costs €9,500 + VAT once, the machine is yours with no monthly charges, and it comes with a 3-year warranty.
