What we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, company name, VAT number, email, phone and installation address. We use them to carry out the contract (delivery, charges, receipts and support) and to meet our tax obligations.
Payments
Payments are processed by JCC Payment Systems, which receives and stores your card details. We keep only a reference to your stored card and its last digits, so that monthly rental charges can be made.
How long we keep it, and your rights
We keep your data for as long as the contract runs and for as long as tax law requires (at least 6 years after the contract ends, for accounting records). In Cyprus, the data protection authority is the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
